Your athlete portal gives you a personal view of every session you have participated in, along with trends and recommendations to help you train smarter.

Session history

The My Performance page lists all sessions you have attended, sorted from most recent to oldest. For each session you can see:
  • Session type — the category of workout (e.g. cycling, HIIT, functional training)
  • Date and time — when the session started and ended
  • Duration — total session length
  • Heart rate — your average, maximum, and minimum HR during the session
  • Estimated calories burned
  • Effort points — a score that reflects the intensity and duration of your effort
  • Zone distribution — how much time you spent in each of the five heart rate zones (Z1–Z5), shown as a percentage breakdown
Track your progress across multiple sessions over time. The trends view lets you see how key metrics evolve:
  • Average heart rate per session
  • Estimated calories burned per session
  • Zone distribution over time — see whether you are spending more time in higher-intensity zones as your fitness improves
Use these trends to identify patterns and discuss them with your trainer.

Push notifications

Opt in to receive push notifications on your device when a session summary is ready after a workout ends. To enable push notifications:

Go to your profile settings

Open your profile from the athlete portal menu.

Enable push notifications

Toggle Push notifications on. Your browser or device will ask for permission — accept it.
You can turn push notifications off at any time from your profile settings or from your device’s notification settings.

AI recommendations

If your gym has enabled AI recommendations, you will receive personalised training advice in your post-session summary email. These suggestions are based on your heart rate data, zone distribution, and effort across recent sessions.
AI recommendations are an optional feature controlled by your gym manager. Contact your gym if you would like them enabled.
